In NORODA S.A. we make the complete cycle. Under a combined management of resources and an innovative design in the structure of the paddocks, we produce our own calves of the Brahman, Braford and Gelbvieh breeds, attending to the genetic improvement with each production, a good planned sanitation and a high supply of annual forage quality, finishing them in Gatton Panic reduced paddocks, and in pastures of Gatton Panic combined with Leucaena.

This system is used both in the crossbred and in the purebred herd. Of the latter, we also produce the bulls parents used to improve the genetic quality of steers and replacement females.

Believing in ECOLOGICAL and ORGANIC production, we strive to maintain our pastures with the least possible incidence of machinery and with the least harmful implements to the soil. In addition, we produce our own high quality seeds and bales each year.

The management of water resources is of the highest importance in the area. That is why we have 40 cubic meters of rainwater per hectare, accumulated in large reservoirs with their respective Turkey nests. In addition to this, and as reinforcement, we have ground water being automatically pumped, thanks to modern solar systems. This large amount of water reserve during the whole year, not only serves the livestock, but also encourages the growth and establishment of wild animals, diversifying the fauna of the area.

Our human team and their families are also our top priority. All the children of our staff go to school daily on a private bus rented by the company. Both the main hut and all the retreats have cell phone signal, flat TV with HD channels, freezer, volleyball court, as well as having top quality constructions catering to all needs. In the main hull, personnel have a soccer field with 6 towers of professional lighting. We believe that hard work combined with sports and education are the key to personal and business success.
